Answer:	The Italian Roast is slightly more acidic. They are both bold but French roast is slightly more bold. I like my coffee bold and drink it black. I brew the keureg cup at 6oz. So I purchased both to find the boldest. The French brew is also slightly darker too. It has some essence of burnt wood. It’s rounder and fuller than the Italian.
