Answer:	It says it's organic, but there are no "certified organic" designations on the product. Looking at the ingredients, it appears to be clean and free of nasties. I can tell you that the product works phenomenally!

Answer:	Vitamin C becomes gritty when it oxidizes. If the Vitamin C becomes a solid, it can not absorb into your skin. The best Vitamin C serums are clear and have no smell. You can help to extend the life of the serum by squeezing the bulb before you submerge the tip into the serum; the helps to prevent pushing air in. But, a better solution is to use the kind with a pump dispenser instead of a dropper. These may cost more but you get more use out of them. I have not yet tried Eve Hansen’s version with a pump, but the Clair-ity Vitamin C serum is a good one.
Question:	do you use this before or after using other products in your hair
Answer:	It is thick and white.....when it gets closer to the end of the bottle mine has started turning a pale yellow. I assume this is because air gets in it and changes the color. I have used this for 3-4 years and live it.

Answer:	I seriously doubt the product is counterfeit.... There are many other stores (including grocery stores) that also carry Farouk products. They sell for the same salon price. As a former hairstylist , I believe the big complaint is that customers no longer have to depend on salons for their hair maintenance. Professional distributors used to sell exclusively to salons and professional stylists/barbers. Obviously companies like Farouk, Matrix , Redken, etc,etc, etc, have transitioned into other retail establishments, so you are purchasing professional products without recommendations from a professional stylist . So its a hit or miss. Buying from a salon and or professional will guarantee the product primarily because they are making the recommendations.

Answer:	False!!! Dish soap has de-greasers so used over time it is going to dry out and damage your dads's hair. This Pert has a conditioner built in that works well for me without leaving my hair feeling heavy ... like some conditioners.
