Answer:	I am brunette, reddish brown. I just used this product for the first time after I did a hot oil treatment on my very dry hair. My hair was especially dry after coloring. I used the shampoo and used a scalp brush to help with the cleansing. I tried the conditioner which I really liked because my hair and scalp felt so fresh and clean. Answer:	NO. I carefully read the ingredients online before ordering, as I cannot use sulfates OR sodium chloride with my keratin treated hair. Sulfonate is related to but not the same as sulfates. In a sulfonate the sulfur is linked direct to a carbon atom where as a sulfate is linked directly to the carbon chain via an oxygen atom. They do have similar qualities when it comes to propensity of being irritating to the skin but sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate is not a sulfate.

Answer:	FAKE REVIEWS?! Most of the positive reviews are suspiciously from July/Aug of 2018 or other clumped time spots. Does everybody have thinning hair at the same time? It appears as if they hire some folks for a few weeks to write the reviews. It is sad that we have to be so hypersensitive to fake news, and that they do not believe in their product enough to let the real users speak. Answer:	I did not notice increase in static, but it does make the hair extremely hard to comb through. I have fine hair, but after each wash I get so many knots, that it is a real mission to comb. I use Pura D'Or conditioner as well, but it does not make any difference.

Answer:	Well I just went through and compared all the ingredients between the golden and blue version. The BIG BIG DIFFERENCE that jumped out at me is this now has Ketoconazole at 0.9% in it. I have been historically using the blue version and using Nizoral Ketoconazole shampoo twice a week (marketed for dandruff at $14 per bottle and available at target) which is typically used as the only ingredient in lots of expensive hair loss shampoos out there! Answer:	I think the product you are talking about is the one with spout. A cap has to be taken off and tip cut with razor or scissors. Then put small cap on. Or it will easily spill. I didn't use that one as much cause I got shampoo used all the time, the conditioner put on when in shower, then rinsed out when done we its shower. The 2 heavy creams put on occassionalky. My hair is fine, do some left me feeling too weighed down and without body. Heavy creams allowed me to style with just comb as I didn't have dryer at the time. I Aldo say my doctor about 6 weeks after starting this treatment. Told I was biotin. Deficient. So between the black castor products &biotin, got my hair grown back in. Lost it after surgeries, stress from health situation and doctor said stress. Good luck.

I have fairly thick hair and I just put some product on my finger tips and rub in my palms then run through my hair roots to tips. You can always add a little more if needed. Answer:	You have to Remove, or Detach and lift, the pump tube Away from the bottle, wipe off the upper part of the gooey plastic pump body, grasp or gently use pliers to LOOSELY hold the tube (to stop it from spinning), and then while holding... rotate the pump nozzle counterclockwise until it releases and pops up. Then reassemble the pump onto the bottle. It could be easier, but it is what it is.
