Answer:	The responses here about one-time-use only are not correct. I used about a third of a tube at first, closed it up (the air only gets to what leaves the tube), and put it in the cabinet. About six or eight weeks later, I reapplied another 1/3 tube and it still worked though a little less strong, so a week later I put in the remaining 1/3 and it got me back to the original result. So yes, as long as you squeeze from the bottom and cap the tube right away and flush out the comb, you can get another application out of it.

Answer:	No, this product does not dye the scalp, but it does a great job on your hair. Your hair will have a natural look, but your scalp will also. I have been using this product for around 20 years. I am, obviously, a happy camper. btw, The light brown is NOT light, it's brown. If you're actually looking for light brown, don't leave it on for the full 20 minutes, as instructed. But, even if you want darker colored hair, start with the Light Brown, and leave it on for the full 20 min. If you think it's too light, which is hardly even possible, move on to the medium. My only problem is that my hair grows very fast, and my silver roots begin to show after just a week. I'm not trying to fool anybody, so what I do is allow 2-3 weeks between treatments. Even 4 weeks is doable, it depends on your level of vanity lol! btw: Amazon is where you will find the best price for this product, although I've never checked at beauty supply stores, but you have to buy the 3 item package to get the good deal, and even they vary in price. I leave it in for about 10 minutes after shampooing and drying my hear well. What I don't like about it is that it is getting pricier by the days.

It may look much darker than your selected color. Ignore... After 10-15 minutes, rinse and shampoo twice. I noticed the formula has a built-in conditioner or so it seems. Skin dyed around the scalp wears off within a few days and washes off during your normal next shampoo cycle. I have not had any dye come off on my pillow and have been using this for about 4 years. 6 weeks is just about right for re-color. Recommend starting off with a color match one below your normal hair color the first time. Don't let it get in your eyes.. It burns.. After shampoo, dry, blow dry, comb and use whatever products like holding sprays etc. I use two packages for medium length and fuller hair. Short hair may get by with one package. I was buyimg for few years and when i went to reorder again, it said item out of stock:do not know of or when item will be back in stock etc. I have waited for months and it hasn't come back nor is it available on their website. So I ended up switching my routine as i cannot get whole set anymore.
