Answer:	I am brunette, reddish brown. I just used this product for the first time after I did a hot oil treatment on my very dry hair. My hair was especially dry after coloring. I used the shampoo and used a scalp brush to help with the cleansing. I tried the conditioner which I really liked because my hair and scalp felt so fresh and clean. After blow drying, I noticed my hair was a bit thicker than usual. Considering that my hair is fine and thin, I was really surprised! Hair color was more vibrant and soft. Answer:	You have to Remove, or Detach and lift, the pump tube Away from the bottle, wipe off the upper part of the gooey plastic pump body, grasp or gently use pliers to LOOSELY hold the tube (to stop it from spinning), and then while holding... rotate the pump nozzle counterclockwise until it releases and pops up. Then reassemble the pump onto the bottle. It could be easier, but it is what it is.
