I'm not sure it that was due to the ring that I used to attach the tags with, or if it was the finish on the collar ring. | Answer: | See the cloth loop....and there is a metal loop through it. The leash is attached to the metal loop. When the dog pulls the oval loop become triangular essentially tightening the collar on the dogs neck. When the dog stops pulling the loop becomes oval again. The vet told me to have a 1 inch collar to prevent damage to the dogs voice box which this collar is. A chain choker collar can seriously hurt a dog. Any more questions I'll e glad to help |

| Answer: | I tried the products and I do not like them.I was looking for something that would be gentle without all the chemicals.I was very unhappy with the quality of the Aubrey hair products.You have NO idea if they are quality ingredients.They can say anything on the label.This is why I decided to go back to using all of the salon professional hair products.Then you know what you are getting because they stand behind their products.Anything you can buy in the grocery store or your local discount store is not good for your hair.If you want healthy undamaged hair,I would recommend something like Kenra products,Paul Mitchell,Rusk,Redken or their are many other ones that are really good for your hair.You get what you pay for in hair products.Cheap products will not be good for healthy hair.If you are a man and get your hair cut all the time it doesn't really matter what you put on your hair because if you get it cut short and often you will cut the damage off that any cheap hair products may cause.If you are a man or a woman wanting to have long,healthy,soft and shiny hair...you will want to consider a salon grade hair shampoo and conditioner.Just my experience.Also you diet and lifesyle plays into hair health. |

| Answer: | Thank you for your question Maribel.The Aubrey, Island Naturals Replenishing Conditioner for Dry or Frizzy Hair (what I use) contains shea butter and coconut milk (not oil) in the ingredients. I know it makes my hair smooth and silky, easily getting all the tangles out after I shampoo my hair. For me, this is the best de-tangler and conditioner I have ever used.If you want coconut fatty oils plus she butter in a shampoo, maybe you can Google that and see what comes up. Hope this helps! |

| Answer: | I've never used the Island Naturals, but I have to admit that I purchased many of the Green Tea, and I do recall having what you are calling "dark flecks" in some of the bottles, not all. I think it has to do with the fact that the shampoo is natural and like any natural product it will develop a layer of these flecks, or I don't know what you'd call it. All I did was shake it real well and went ahead and used it. No big deal. Hope that helps. |
