The bottle tops that I have received all open normally, there is an second cap on the inside that just needs to be pulled out, I believe this is placed to help prevent leakage. Answer:	You can mix neem oil with any oil that suits your hair. I did it before but found out that coconut oil make my hair dry and break off so be sure the oils suits your hair. I use neem oil on my hair and scalp and it works fine for my ethnic cruly wavy hair. I do also use rice water from Amazon but I only put the rice water along with the neem oil on my scalp only. I have protein sensitive hair so be careful with what oils works for you. My growth is from 2 years of use and I went from 17 inches cut due to hair fall to 24.7 inches. Again be mindful of what works for you and if you notice too much hair fall or breakage wash it out immediately. Hopefully this helps.
