Question:	Is there a secret to opening the bottle pump? I was able to open the conditioner bottle but not the shampoo-tried hot water, tapping, even pliers
Answer:	You have to Remove, or Detach and lift, the pump tube Away from the bottle, wipe off the upper part of the gooey plastic pump body, grasp or gently use pliers to LOOSELY hold the tube (to stop it from spinning), and then while holding... rotate the pump nozzle counterclockwise until it releases and pops up. Then reassemble the pump onto the bottle. It could be easier, but it is what it is.

Answer:	My affected area is more frontal, which they say this product is not designed for. I still get results, but as I stated in my review, you really have to give it 3-4 months to see if it's working. I imagine you should get results for the crown since the intended area is for the top.

Answer:	I've used it on my beard for six months, twice per day and it's worked. I used to have a patchy beard with thick beard in some parts and no hair on others (It looked like I was going for the Wolverine from the x-men look). Sulfonate is related to but not the same as sulfates. In a sulfonate the sulfur is linked direct to a carbon atom where as a sulfate is linked directly to the carbon chain via an oxygen atom. They do have similar qualities when it comes to propensity of being irritating to the skin but sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate is not a sulfate.

Answer:	FAKE REVIEWS?! Most of the positive reviews are suspiciously from July/Aug of 2018 or other clumped time spots. Does everybody have thinning hair at the same time? It appears as if they hire some folks for a few weeks to write the reviews. It is sad that we have to be so hypersensitive to fake news, and that they do not believe in their product enough to let the real users speak. Answer:	I did not notice increase in static, but it does make the hair extremely hard to comb through. I have fine hair, but after each wash I get so many knots, that it is a real mission to comb. I use Pura D'Or conditioner as well, but it does not make any difference.

Answer:	Well I just went through and compared all the ingredients between the golden and blue version. The BIG BIG DIFFERENCE that jumped out at me is this now has Ketoconazole at 0.9% in it. I have been historically using the blue version and using Nizoral Ketoconazole shampoo twice a week (marketed for dandruff at $14 per bottle and available at target) which is typically used as the only ingredient in lots of expensive hair loss shampoos out there! So Pura D' Or has taken my advice!...and have added a very important ingredient to this mix. Also it has added Alma oil, Prunus Africana bark and Cucubita Pepo herbs that the blue bottle does not have.

Answer:	Results were noticeable within the first few days. However, after two weeks of consistent use, I have many people commenting on how much thicker and fuller my hair looks. They think that I got a new hairstyle!

Answer:	THE TRICK IS USE JUST A LITTLE on the first application (I use 1/2 a pump for short hair) in one spot, like the top of your head. Get the lather going as much as you can in that one spot and then push the lather all through your hair. Most of it will probably disappear and that's OK, just rub it all through as much as you can and wait a couple minutes. THEN DO THE REPEAT. You won't need much to get a good lather going the second time around - 1/2 to 1 pump for short hair. One bottle lasts me 3 - 4 months doing it like this.

Answer:	The Ultrax Labs Hair Surge Caffeine Shampoo is very thick which makes it tough to pump out of the cheap thin plastic bottle. Shampoo does not lather at all and tangles my hair to the max! The Ultrax Labs Hair Solaye Caffeine Hair Stimulating Conditioner is thick and not easy to squeeze out of bottle. It does smooth out hair only if a large amount of conditioner is applied. The scent however is very unpleasant, smells like old plastic. My hair continues to fall out in large amounts in shower and neither the shampoo or conditioner has helped my hair look or feel fuller or grow any faster. Would definitely not recommend this product especially for the ridiculously high price tag.
