Answer:	Yes, but with caution, and the hair should be trimmed short (or shave first and catch it w/ Epilady as it's growing back in.) You definitely don't want it grabbing a bunch of hair at once -- it will bog down and get stuck. If you have especially sensitive skin, you may want to use some witch hazel or some product to avoid irritation. (I find when I use it on my face, I have to just be quick about it and I have less irritation. Better to get in and out, go back another day if needed.) Unless you're used to waxing, I think it will be most painful the first time, then subsequently much less so. I think this is partly due to the first time having the maximum hairs per square inch density (then they grow back in at differing rates, so fewer being ripped out at once). And also, though I have no scientific explanation or proof for this, once you've yanked a hair out by the root, it doesn't seem to be anchored in quite as strongly after that, thus is less painful to yank next time. I am fair haired and so I guess it never showed! The hair is fine and soft but the epilady was still able to grab on and rip a lot of hair., but not all of it. I don't recommend using it prior to going out in public. I look like I was stung by a bunch of sweat bees (do they sting?) or rolled my upper lip in a bed of chiggers.

Answer:	I have actually gone back to using my old one (from the 80's) as the newer one doesn't seem to work anywhere near as well. An Epilady rep gave me some tips for use with the new one. Answer:	YEs but it takes a few times to go over the area. Not painful but irritation will occur.
