Also when you wax or shave, all of the hair will seem thicker when its growing back because most of it is growing back at the same time and its shorter.. But different hair removal methods may vary on how the hair grows back. For example I know people who have gotten eyebrow waxes or threading done and the hair never grew back. But its safe to say that everyone's excess body hair changes texture and color their lifetime.
