Answer:	First and foremost this 118242 fits the 1997-2004 F-150 Heritage model (NOT new body style) and the 1997-1999 Ford F-250 (NOT SUPER DUTY MODELS) in order for this component to work. The vehicle MUST be equipped with factory installed 4-flat wiring harness in order to use this product. 4-flat harness will still be functional after this 7-way plug is installed. Is your application within the parameters of what I mentioned?

However, having a year and a half old female Golden Doodle with very similar problems, what have learned is send to professional groomer about every 6 weeks to 2 months. A few months ago Tracey cut out the terrible tangles under & behind the ears as well as rear legs. Since then Doodle Bug and I have our morning get together to brush out those critical areas.
