Question:	what is the difference between 000 and 0? what is the difference between 1 and 1A
Answer:	the 000 is 1/100 of an inch, the 0 will leave the hair a little longer. the 1 is 1/8 of an inch the 1A is the same according to my guide.

Answer:	I have been using it for my beard for nearly 3 years now. I got to start cutting my beard. I wanted something with a detachable blade so that it can more evenly cut my beard, has not disappointed in three years. Use it to cut your own hair, and it will pay itself back.
Question:	Is the guard adjustable like most other clippers
Answer:	The guard isn't adjustable with a lever like other clippers.There are two ways to change the length at which it cuts. The cheaper option is to buy a set of clip on guards. I got the Oster Professional 10 Universal Comb Set. They're solidly built and should last well. ($22). The more expensive option is to buy metal clipper blades. ($20-30 each). If you only use a couple lengths, this could be an option. I'm fairly sure the clipper and these blades would outlive you. Hope this answers your question. If not, clarify and I'll try again.

Question:	It states it comes with a "blade guard". Is this some type of snap on protector to help protect the blade if dropped while "not" being used
Answer:	Well I guess you have to define "Hot". The body of the trimmer will get warm with non stop use. On average after 15 minutes of continuous operation the body of the trimmer will be warm. I have not experienced body of the trimmer as "hot" to the touch. After shutdown the body of the trimmer will take approximately 15 minutes to completely cool off.
Question:	How long before these trimmers get hot
Answer:	Use clippercide, andis cool care or osters disenfectant spray on your clippers and trimmers, they will help prevent rust.
Question:	Does this blade rust? I have an andis t-trimmer and the blade forms a light rusting even when evenly coated with the andis oil. I cant explain it
Answer:	No, it will not work in countries with 220V. The Oster trimmer I received is rated for 120V only and has a plug for USA outlets.

Answer:	Yes you can. I believe the blade that comes with it is a 000. This will almost take it to skin. A #1 will leave an eight of an inch, 1.5 will leave 3/16 of an inch, 2 will leave 1/4 inch. Need more blade sizes let me know.....Troy R.

Answer:	I don't know if they can be purchased. Have you tried to contact the manufacturer? When I ordered the filters I only received the filters (2) and nothing else. I think you could make a retainer out of frame wire. Give a try...it may work. Good luck.

Answer:	I bought this and it works ok! The motor on it is a bit weak and could be stronger. The new dial on it has more settings then the old cruzer 6 but the prongs of the head of the clippers have more of a point to them,If your not careful you can poke yourself! It takes a few passes as most do. The hair cutter part works ok if it's for a kids hair, Not a grown man's hair. Hope this helps

Answer:	I was looking for something to do my face stubble and shave my head with a tiny bit more that the Wahl's give you. Got this and was surprised that shaving my head at 2 was close enough for me, you can still go down two settings from there so...yeah I think this will do what you want it to.

It the matt will not give, then you can uses the clippers to remove the matt. You may want to use scissors to loosen the matt so it stops pulling the skin or to remove some of the matt's bulk then use the clippers.
