Answer:	I've used it for about 2yrs now at almost 3 times a week intervals, for 1+hrs at a time. It was just last month I had to place a piece of tape around it because it began to make noise, but never any vibration and no noise since putting the tape... All clippers seem to have this problem after a yr or 2 of heavy use but Andis is one of the better quality brands so I would still say it's worth purchasing...

I give this product 2 thumbs up. The plastic "guards" that comes with these clippers are a bit flimsy. They get 2 thumbs DOWN!!

Answer:	Buy a portable travel 220-250 volt to 110-120 volt, up to 50 W step down transformer/converter from any one of several retailers, such as Amazon, Sears, Walmart, or a local hardware or electronics store.
