Answer:	Yes and No, I can tell you I got it to work at one location, but could NOT get it to work at 2 others. I am personally returning this device. Technical support is apparently unreliable as when I needed assistance, they were out of town at a conference. They would only respond through email and we're never able to help me actually get the device working. They did acknowledge there was a known software issue when setting it up, but there was a work around.I personally was unhappy with the device for several reasons.1. You cannot just insert an SD card and let it record. You must be able to connect the clock to WiFi so you can then log in on your phone.to set up the recording.2. Instructions give NO effective troubleshooting.3. Must plug the clock into a wall outlet to work. There is no battery in the device except to power the actual clock hands and make it look genuine.4. Must plug the clock into your router to get the device to recognize your WiFi location. You cannot just select the WiFi signal and type in a password. This is where I had 99% of my issues. The clock would just not work because it would display some type of server error and never allow me to connect to WiFi.5. The option to zoom, pan the room, and open and close the camera lens did not work for me. Therefore it was basically worthless because, again, you MUST be plugged into a wall outlet for power. This left my camera angle unusable. 6. Rude people at their help line for technical support. Don't bother them, they will just hang up on you after a generic "try powering off the device, if that doesn't work call back." Don't call back, they will answer with the same response, "I don't know, the device should work if your following the directions correctly."That's my 2 cents...if I were you, pass on this item. They don't try to help and they sure won't give you an accurate item description.
