Question:	I purchased this item. i only use the 2 sided foot file. it works well. i always clean it after every use. it now has a very bad smell . what is this
Answer:	If you order 3rd party (not sold nor shipped by amazon) the seller can take down the review not amazon. If you can no longer find a product for review, sometimes if it’s the same issue more than twice amazon pulls it off the website to do inventory/quality control then it goes back on. Has NOTHING to do with amazon on seller side, if that was true there would not be A to Z claims for customers. Seller listed under another link not amazon as it was 3rd party and amazon is a selling platform for 3rd party sellers
Question:	How are you supposed to clean these effectively since the file is not removeable
Answer:	Just soak your feet and go slow. Its not easy to cut yourself but it is easy to shave off to much at first until you get use to it.

Answer:	No. The packaging says made in China. I will say this, the large file is amazing. You have to be careful with it but it can remove dead skin quickly and is very effective. Honestly I haven’t really use the other files.

Answer:	Buy a palm sander and a battery operated Dremel instead. I use a palm sander on my feet and it only takes about 3 minutes and when it's not being used for that you can use it on wood projects. I use a battery operated Dremel on low speed to trim my thick toenails once a month with a drum sander attachement. It has a high speed also but that's a little too fast. Make sure you don't do the same toenail or area for more than 3 or 4 seconds at a time. I bought my palm sander at Harbor Freight tools on sail for $9.95 and the Cordless Dremel on Amazon for 24.95. The Dremel is also great for home projects and has enough power for most small projects. Buy rechargeable batteries for the Dremel, you will save money.
Question:	Can you send link for extra heads so I can stop wasting time trying to locate
Answer:	Sure! Have at it:)) It will work best if you strip the floor first down to the bare wood and then you should be able to do approximately 10.7 square inches at a time before cleaning the head. If this will take the stuff off your feet, then it most definitely will sand the hard wood. After about three cycles, you will need to replace the batteries and then after about 5, 2 more, the sanding head should need to be replaced. Get plenty of batteries and extra sanding heads in advance plus what ever alcoholic beverage you pre fer. It will take a while. Enjoy:))
