Answer:	The short answer is about a 1 cup. The long answer is as follows. I don't think there is an exact science to soaking your feet in lavender Epsom salt. At least three variables should be taken into consideration when determining the right starting point, such as the amount of water, the water's temperature, and the duration of time you are going to soak your feet. Your choices on all three will make a considerable difference toward your desired results. I recomend starting with hot water and soak until it cools to body temperature. Initially, the hot water creates sweating and increases blood circulation, which is excellent for detoxifying. Hot bath water also opens your pores and softens your skin. As your bath water cools, it allows the for the absorption of the magnesium and other minerals into your skin, through your pores. Your skin is your largest organ. Use a pointed object, I used the tine of a staple remover, to get underneath at the top of the dashed lines. Then pull the strip down and the rest will come off easily.

Answer:	It comes with 80 grit sanding rounds. You want to use 60 or 80 grits for heavy thick calluses. 120 grits for light calluses. 180 grits will polish and smooth a skin after sanding calluses with 60 or 80 grits.
