2. Soak a cotton ball or pad with nail gel remover and place on top of each nail.

1. Push back the cuticle, trim the edge, polish your nails and make sure they are dry and clean.

2. Apply Base coat thinly, and cure under UV lamp for 1-2 minute, LED light for 30-60s；(It is normal for a base coat keep stick after curing, do not curing the base coat too long)

3. Apply 1st thin coat of polish and cure; (UV lamp for 2 mins, LED lamp for 30-60 secs)

4. Apply 2nd thin coat of polish and cure too; (UV lamp for 2 mins, LED lamp for 30-60 secs)

How to keep the LONG LASTING?

1.Nail pre work;( filing and out of oil are the most important)

2.Base coat（same brand will help to stay longer）and it is normal for the base coat to keep a little sticky after curing;

3.Cap the nail edge of each coat;

5.Do not have the polish attached to skin or cuticles;

6.Thin coats really mean a lot to the long-lasting effect.

Step 1: Wear off and rasp away the top coat.(Important)

Answer:	I really don't know either but, what I do is to put 3tbsps of the soak in the foot bath that has enough warm water to cover somewhat further up from my toes. Basically, I think, this is more to help with the fungal problem in your toe nails than to soak your entire foot.

Answer:	I use 1/4 cup in about a gallon & 1/2 of water. Pour in a plastic tub in a corner and run hot water to start dissolving process. Then add warm water to finish. Swish around with hand. Taken almost 2 months but nails are healthy again.
