Answer:	I am an esthetican, & have studied skin care ingredients for 20+ years. If you are going to use a peel on hands, arms, anything above 50% (recommend 40%) will be hard to tolerate for more than a minute or so. I have brown spots on my hands & find that peels help collagen & condition of skin, but not so much for brown spots. Kojic & Lactic Acid, Licorice & Hydroquinone do better for spots, although hydroquinone is currently of questionable safety. I have read that kojic acid, etc are converted by the body to hydroquinone.

Answer:	This is a bha which will help you exfoliate your skin. It penetrates into your pores to help eliminate comedones and it heals and dries blemishes. You can also use it as a spot treatment... if you are planning to use it all over your face, since it’s a peel and this concentration is a bit strong I would say a medium ( and more if it’s your first time, because your skin is not used to it) you can do it every 3 months
