Your stamper should be ready to go right when you get it - however, if it's not working for you right out of the box - it is possible to use the following techniques to get it to work properly:



– Try washing the heads in warm soapy water (dish soap works best) and let dry completely

– Practice patience! These heads take some getting used to and do require stamping polish to use easily

– Be gentle when applying pressure as too much may cause it to break down over time - instead we recommend a straight down then gentle roll to apply designs to your nails



To Clean:



We do NOT recommend using Acetone/Nail Polish Remover to clean the surface of this stamper between use. Instead - use tape or a lint roller to clean and preserve the head. Acetone may cause the surface to cloud over time and require you to replace it more quickly.

Answer:	Here are the ingredients in the cuticle cream. Petrolatum, Beeswax, Fragrance, (Parfum), Linalool, Limonene, Citronellol, Geraniol, Coumarin, Citral.
Question:	Can I use any type of polish? Gel, regular polish etc
Answer:	Never heard of product Qutica Cuticle, but Carmichaels is best I have found so far, and I have tried many cuticle creams. Because? It really works.
Question:	can this be used to reduce the stamp size to fit smaller nails
Answer:	Regardless of its ingredients, it works! I have trialled at least a half dozen cuticle creams over many years and, although not so readily available retail, I always go back and order this one, tossing unused portions of the others. It is the best! (Check websites for specific ingredients.)
Question:	the polish isnt sticking to the stamper... any suggestions
Answer:	Yes you can definitely do that. It will not damage your nail polish as long as it has already dried up. We would highly recommend to use our nail buffer before you apply you nail polish. Our nail buffer will provide a smooth finish for your nail but even more important will increase the moisture level of the nail itself, providing a protection layer against any harming or drying agents within most nail polish today. Question:	Do u have jelly for replacement? I bought your jelly set, but now the jelly need to be replaced
Answer:	This stuff did NOTHING for my cuticles. I tried it for a couple weeks. Nada. However, it is great on my lips! It smells wonderful and has a nice thick coating against winter wind and dry summer heat. A very little goes a long way for this purpose. I guess my cuticles are tougher than most though I do not know why. I don't do any outside and/or grimy work. I don't use harsh detergents either.

Answer:	I checked the ingredient list and did not see Urea listed. A cardboard insert states , "no parabens, phthalates or petrochemicals." I am not familiar with Urea, so I have no idea if this info is helpful or not.

Answer:	Hi,for the night I first apply the cuticle creme and than the repair creme (smells so yummy) and than the gloves. This is it. And in the morning youn can really feel the difference.The other cremes I put them on during the day. But most importantly is to do it at night. This is really a spa for the hands.

Answer:	Yes, it does! I use it after I clean that is when my nails are really dry. But you can use it as much as you need it.

Answer:	It is very gummy and gelatinous. That is how the product is made. I have never used the smaller tube. I have always purchased the larger bottle, and didn't have an issue with it coming out of the bottle.

Answer:	You have to be very quick when doing nail stamping. If it’s regular polish, many don’t work well for stamping. Most regular chrome/metallic type polishes do work well for stamping though. However, if you’re using true stamping polish, it’s probably drying before you can get it picked up. Again, you gotta be really quick. This stamper is already a sticky type stamper. I learned to stamp with it. It picks up when many others don’t. I have many different stampers since beginning 2 years ago. This stamper is still my go to, when I have a polish or stamping plate that’s giving me trouble with a certain image I want to pick up. But, you always have to be quick when stamping. If you have a fan on, turn it off. The breeze from an open window or fan will make polish dry even quicker. Another problem is how you may be trying to pick up. If you’re not being quick and gentle it won’t pick up. Mashing too hard can cause a bad or no pick up. I’d advise you to get on YouTube and do searches on how to do nail stamping. There are TONS of videos. Watching YouTube videos is how I learned to stamp. A great channel is Guylene325. Type it in search and you should be able to find this channel. Then go to her created playlists to find her how to tutorials more quickly. She’s got tons of stuff on this. She has all kinds of helpful videos on how to’s when it comes to this stuff.
Question:	I’m using gel polish but it looks smeared after I stamp..should i use a special stamping polish
Answer:	There’s nothing on the box or in the instructional pamphlet that states that the nail polish is non-toxic.
Question:	Will cleaning the stamper with acetone really ruin the clear silicone

Answer:	Yes, these stampers work fine with regular nail polish.
Question:	How to clean
Answer:	First, make sure that the surface is totally clean; wash the head with very mild soap and water, dry well before putting the head back in, and then use tape or a lint roller to be sure the surface is completely free of any lint or dust. If it still isn't picking up the image you can try priming the stamper head. This will make the surface a little cloudy but still transparent enough tp see through. The best way to prime a stamper head is to use a magic eraser and gently buff just the outside surface that actually picks up the image. You want to just ever so slightly rough up the surface, and then clean thoroughly with tape or a lint roller again. You will notice the surface is considerably more sticky as soon as you do this, and it will be much easier to pick up images. If you don't have a magic eraser, you can use a very fine grit nail file and a very very gently go over the entire surface. Again, clean thoroughly with tape or a lint roller before trying to stamp. (On a side note, a lint roller is definitely one of the most important pieces of equipment to have in your stamping kit, especially if you have pets like I do and their fur just tends to get everywhere.) Priming your Stamper heads will make a huge difference in how well they work, but it does have the side effect of making the surface a little cloudy so you want to be careful. The good thing about these Stampers is that it's a three pack so you've definitely got a chance or two to really decide if it's something that will work for you without ruining your only stamper. I have primed all of my clear jelly stampers and they still are clear enough to use for layered stamping where you have to be able to see clearly enough to line up several images over and over again. But some people don't care for it. Last but not least, some plates or images just will not work very well with squishy jelly or marshmallow type stamper heads. Really tiny images, or images that aren't deeply engraved on the plate, need one of the more old-fashioned firm heads to work well. A lot of people tend to blame the stamper if they only have one kind, without realizing that the kind of stamper they have just isn't the right tool for the job. You also have to be sure to work quickly because a quick-drying polish that has even 5 or 10 extra seconds to dry will be too dry to pick up no matter what kind of stamper you are using. I hope that one of these tips helps you out. Answer:	Yes and no. I've never tried gels, so I would check YouTube for gel stamping tutorials to see what's out there. Some regular polishes works for stamping and some don't. If you want to spread out from stamping polishes, it's really trial and error.
