Question:	What shoe size foot do the normal size fit please? not dimensions
Answer:	I would have to say no. I'm a woman's size 11 and my toes were poking at the end. It wasn't much of a bother though because I put my feet up for only 15 minutes with them on. I recommend getting the plastic baggies for both hands and feet and just have him put on slippers over those. You could wrap his feet in towels too.
Question:	Are gloves already filled with the paraffin
Answer:	Both run a bit small, booties no more than a women's US size 7. Mitts fit a woman, but not a large man size. Opening to booties is tight!

Step One

Scoop your favorite heated wax out of your paraffin bath into a plastic liner.

Step Two

Place your hand inside the plastic liner with the wax and make sure the wax is covering your skin. Be careful as the wax will be very hot.

Step Three

With your hand in the liner, place into the MESS Paraffin Mitt. Seal at the wrist with the Velcro by pressing down firmly.

Step Four

Wait around 30 minutes for the wax to work on your sore joints, poor blood flow, arthritis, fibromyalgia, or rough skin. When finished, discard the liner and wash the MESS Paraffin Mitt if necessary.
