Answer:	Hello, with regard to the temperature range, it doesn't say the exact temperatures. It states that the wax will melt at the medium temperature and if you use the high temperature it will melt faster but never to put a body part in the wax at the high temperature because of burning. Answer:	If you are the only person using the ParaSpa Plus, the wax can be re-used. Simply put the wax back into the tub to re-melt. If multiple people are using the unit you should not reuse the wax, you will want to discard the wax when you peel it from your had and add new wax to the ParaSpa. You should never use the ParaSpa with less than 2.5 lbs of wax.

Answer:	I've used the Homedic paraffin spa baths for over 20 years. You don't need lotion but you get much better results with it. When I was younger I once heard my Dad say, he could always tell a woman's age by her hands & I never forgot it. Since, I spend a lot of time outdoors, my hands take a beating so I'm always open for a better hand treatment. FWIW, I get better results if, before I dip my hands in the paraffin wax, I apply a coat of virgin olive oil as my 1st layer and Bag Balm (made of lanolin) as my 2nd layer before dipping. After I slip my hands in the liners I wrap pony tail holders around my wrist to keep the heat in, lay down & often take a nap. For convenience, I glued a plastic hook on the side of my spa bath to hang pony tail holders so they're always there whenever I need them. Hope this is helpful. Enjoy!
