Answer:	This is most likely a fine product with an honest seller. However, too many reviews and questions/answers have grammatical errors and sentence structure issues that I think it is not out of line to question the authorship and legitimacy when it is claimed that the purchase is in the United States. Amazon reviews are under scrutiny and my review check app does flag a large number of reviews for this product as at least questionable. I don’t think it I’d discrimination to question

Answer:	The heat is automatic, but if you put cold water in it, the heater is not strong enough to heat up the water. Even if you put warm water in it, the heater only keeps the water warm for about 20 minutes and then it begins to turn cold. So I would say that you can just put the cold water in it and the heater is not strong enough to actually heat up the water.
