Answer:	I may not be able to comment on the hypoallergenic part of the question (it says dermatologically tested but nothing explicitely about hypoallergic). About pore clogging part - no, it does not for me. I did not observe any aggrevated clogged pored on body, back, waxed parts of skin. My face has combination skin and very few times I have applied it on my face too - it did not clog pores.

Answer:	If you have a good sense of smell, they smell like fresh herbs and natural oils. They are not “scented” with anything like lavender or rose but you can smell the ingredients.

Answer:	I do. My daughter's pediatrician recommended it and Cetaphil cleaning lotion for her baby born 8 weeks early, so it has to be safe and gentle. You might write the company, however. They do have products specifically recommended for the face.
