Answer:	I found the size chart very useful - there’s a foot size in inches conversion that I felt was pretty accurate. My daughter is 5 and wears a size 11 (“big kid 11”) and these fit well with a little extra room for her to grow. I would go with the big kid size 3

Answer:	We do, but we're very careful about the wood handle.
Question:	Can these be used for acupuncture
Answer:	It is dishwasher safe but the handles are wooden and will crack and split over time. I do wash mine in the dishwasher in spring and before I store them for fall. you can help extend the wood handles with some kind of wood oil a couple times a year. I use the same spray on oil I use on the wooden furniture I have. It is made by pledge and it is in a spray bottle. I can not remember the name and I haven't gotten any for this year yet.
