So all I'm saying is that the back support really does make a difference if you are a woman. My wife has been using it still, but her lower back hurts because she can't carry her in her arms all day. It is adjustable in all the places I need it, and I have no problem getting enough strap extension. It's my favorite (of 6*, sadly, and most way more expensive, argh). My husband prefers the Infantino Newborn Unison because it has straps that cross in the back, and its stretchy fabric feels super comfortable and... maternal/paternal somehow - and holds the baby closer to the body than any of the others (our kid pushes back a lot). I'm 5'5 and its super comfortable to me. We have completely stop using our stroller. Just load up and go. And it has a lower bag to put stuff in. We went on a 12 mile hike and she had a blast the first weekend we had it. Only stop twice and that was to eat and to sit look at the beauty.
