Answer:	The reservoir sleeve on this model of the Poco is very similar to previous generations. The reservoir sleeve is still contained, it is just on the outside of the pack behind the mesh suspension. There is also a webbing loop that goes through the top portion of the reservoir to prevent the reservoir from sliding down as the levels of liquid inside the reservoir are reduced. The reservoir sleeve is designed to fit up to a 1.5L reservoir.

Answer:	The POCO is made with Bluesigned approved 210D nylon. Textiles and accessories carrying the Bluesign® approved label meet the strict safety and environmental requirements of the Bluesign® criteria. It should be noted that the state of California has changed its Restricted Substance List (RSL) tied to Proposition 65, a.k.a. Question:	Hello, I have a newbown which weight 2,800 Kg, is it possible to use the carrier as I purchased it or another accesory is needed
Answer:	There is an infant insert, that can be bought separately, or sometimes people recommend to use a rolled up towel, but afaik officially it's not required. If you use it as is, makr sure you use it in the narrow position and baby is facing towards your chest and his/her face is not covered, he/she can breathe freely.
Question:	Does this not arrive sealed in a plastic bag? The carrier arrived inside the carrying tote inside the Lillebaby cardboard box. Nothing sealed

Answer:	It is not a deep green, definitely more pale. It reminds me of the artichoke (food) or maybe green olives. I would also call it an army green and the material feels a bit rough, like army canvas. However, this is still comfortable and soft and definitely my go to carrier!! You can’t beat the pockets!
Question:	There’s another version, the regular airflow, not serenity airflow, that lillebaby is selling on amazon. what is the difference? is this an upgrade
Answer:	So biggest difference between the regular airflow and the serenity airflow is the seat. The serenity has a third seat option: middle vs just narrow and wide. I do think the back panel is slightly longer on the serenity as well. There are some other smaller differences, but the seat is the biggest one. I prefer my serenity over my standard airflow.

Question:	im plus size and would like to know the max measurement for the waistband
Answer:	We have found that most people who are a size 22/24 are able to use the carrier without the waistbelt extension strap. The extension strap adds another 9 inches in addition to the 52-54 inches that the belt has available.
Question:	A few questions- is it comfortable to wear for long period of time? Does it get very hot, like I've read the ergo does? Is it easy to put on alone
Answer:	I tried out an Ergo before buying this one. They are very similar with only a few small differences. Both are comfortable in my opinion but I bought the Lillibaby because it had a few extras I wanted that the Ergo didn't have. I live in a small town where the mommas walk everywhere and probably about 1/2 or more wear Ergos. Since the Lillibaby is so similar I could see wearing it for long periods at a time. I've only worn mine a few time since getting it. The longest I've worn it so far is for about 30 minutes. It felt fine the entire time. I haven't tried it with the straps criss crossed yet though. Every carrier I've worn it gets hot but it's not really the carrier, it the little heater you're carrying in it since your little bundle of joy is right up against you. I find it's a little awkward to put on without help but with practice it'll probably become a lot more easier.
Question:	Is there an insert for babies smaller than 7 lbs. My little one is 5lbs and was looking for something to use right away
Answer:	Hi Craig! Thanks so much for your great question. We suggest waiting until your sweet baby reaches the minimum weight of 7lbs, just to ensure safety and comfort. One of the best things about this carrier is that you do not need to purchase a separate infant insert to use this for a newborn (once your little one is 7lbs), and unfortunately, we do not carry an insert for little ones who are under that minimum weight. Question:	How does this compare to the Ergo? My son falls under the weight and heigh limits on the Ergo but he just seems to big for my comfort in that carrier
Answer:	The panel is much bigger than the ergo so you can comfortably carry longer in my opinion. There's also a flap that can be clipped up to extend the height of the carrier by 4-5 inches. I can convert the carrier to wear my 4 month old or I can put it back to wide for my 3 year old. There's also a hood and a removable lumbar support. It's an awesome carrier! I had an ergo for 3 years and sold it to get a second Lille for my husband.

Answer:	Absolutely! My little one is 2 and it goes all the way up his back and just his head pops out. He wears 2T pants. This carrier is made just for toddlers and is not recommended for babies. The manufacturer recommends that it isn't used until the child can sit comfortably in the M position which is around the time they can fit into 2T pants.
Question:	Can I carry a german shepherd in it? The vet says not to let her walk very far until her joints are fully developed, so I want to put her in a carrier

Answer:	Hi! We find that the carrier waistbelt will fit most moms up to a size 22/24 without needing the waist belt extender. The belt by itself is 54 inches long and the waist extender can add an additional 9 inches if needed!

Answer:	The carry on should be at a minimum for children comfortably in 2T pants. My daughter is 2.5 and we are still comfortable in our Serenity. There is a Lillebaby love FB group that has a ton of information and you can receive more answers to questions you might have.
