Answer:	If you placed it on middle seat you would still need to angle it more to see one baby on the outside seat and not be able to see the second child (well). I would recommend one mirror on each side.

Answer:	I agree with the previous responses. We have a Chicco keyfit 30 and it fits well with that. Since it has an elastic it should work with other car seats too. I am very happy with this cover and strongly recommend it.

Answer:	I don't know the exact type of plastic, but it is BPA free. The cup itself is made of semi-hard plastic and the lid is a rubber like material. Due to the softness of the rubber, it won't hurt your child's hand as they reach down into the cup. The plastic cup part is also very durable and hasn't cracked with repeated washing in the dishwasher and being thrown around by my child.
