While pillows are not normally recommended as they are an afterproduct, Britax has tested this pillow with the car seats in their safety tests, so it's not an afterproduct and is safe to use with any Britax seat. It states it on the packaging too and I would recommend keeping that with you if you go to any car seat fit checks and to the hospital because everyone kept giving me trouble (the hospital made me remove it during their tests and refused to bend from their "no pillows" position), which is why I triple checked. My seat was the Pavillion (same as the Advocate but without the side-passenger pillows) and we used the infant positioning insert and this pillow to give a nice, safe, snug fit for my newborn (7lbs 11oz 20inches.) It worked very well. |
