Answer:	I think they should fit, so my two cats are pretty big one is 16.5 lbs and the other is 12lbs they fit comfortably and have room to spare in the stroller. I hope that helps.

Answer:	I honestly can tell you I only take my paralyzed dachshund on walks with this but the tires do well over bumpy areas. As long as the front tire is unlocked I would believe it would do well on runs. I love this buggy as it is so easy to maneuver and transport in my vehicle. The company is awesome about any issues you may have with their product. One of my tires would not lock in place, I sent pet gear an email and in 4 days they mailed me a new tire that snapped on like a charm. They stand behind their product! Use the air pump which comes with your pet stroller and pump air into the wheels. After you are done, put the black plastic cap on. Answer:	No, it cannot be folded with seat parent facing. You will have to remove the seat first. This is mentioned in the instruction. I am sure of this because I own a set of YPSI and have been using it since my son was born. I left a message previously under the manufacturer’s answer, but it was removed. Don’t understand why Peg Perego is intentionally giving out false information on Amazon.

The adjustable seats included with the Piroet can be configured to face the parent, the world or each other. The chassis also accepts two Primo Viaggio infant car seats, without the need for adapters. In the event parent would like to travel with two Pop-Up Bassinets, an adapter is available (sold as an accessory) to allow both bassinets to fit on the chassis.

Maneuverability

The Duette Piroet is equipped with two front swivel wheels and a single handle that helps maneuver the in-line double through tight spaces. Each wheel is made of polyurethane with tread and contains ball bearings and suspension, which allow for 360 degree agility and less effort in pushing. A centrally controlled braking system located on the rear wheels makes stopping and parking easy.

All the Extras

Each seat included with the Duette Piroet contains a large, adjustable hood with a mesh ventilation system. The footrests of the seats can be adjusted and the backrests can recline to suit the comfort level of each child. An extra large basket is available to store all of the necessities for two children, plus parents.
