Answer:	I don't know, I would consider reaching out to Baby Jogger directly as they may have it as a "replacement" part.

Answer:	I’m not sure if it’s the type of hand-break you are thinking of, but yes, the brake is controlled by a latch on the handle of the stroller. These strollers are not for jogging so I wouldn’t imagine they would need a hand-break similar to what you’d find on a bicycle.

Answer:	This is just for the second seat. You have to buy the stroller separate.
