TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS:

The infrared does not work:

If you have a flashlight or have a flashlight on your cell phone, there is a way to reset the night vision on the camera. Take the camera into a dark room, preferably a bathroom or closet. Close the door to the room, plug the camera in and turn the lights off. Shine the flashlight directly into the camera lens for 30 to 45 seconds. After this time has passed, remove the light from the eye of the camera. Allow the camera a few seconds to readjust and then check the video on the monitor. The night vision issue should be resolved.

Loss of signal:

Use of other 2.4 GHz products, such as wireless networks (Wi-Fi routers), Bluetooth systems, or microwave ovens, may cause interference with this product, so keep the Baby Monitor away at least 3ft from these types of products, or turn them off if they appear to be causing interference.

Question:	Does the display have issues if there is a wifi device near it? (Like a cell phone
Answer:	My wife and I have had no issues with cell phones by the monitor. We charge our cell phones right next to the monitor as we sleep with no issues.
Question:	Does the display turn off so you can just hear the sound? Light bothers me at night but I still need to be able to hear the sounds from baby's room
Answer:	Yes the screen turns off after a certain amount of time. Think like 15 mins or something according to my wife. You still hear the sound and to get the screen back all you have to do is hit a button. Pretty sweet for sleeping at night.
Question:	Where can i buy extra cameras for the motorola comfort
Answer:	You can purchase an additional cameras at the Motorola website for $70 so I just purchased another set for $100 (monitor and 2 cameras) instead
Question:	anyone have luck finding the camera only yet
Answer:	You can purchase additional cameras at the Motorola website but the comfort 50 camera is $100 for 1! So i just purchased another entire set on Amazon for $100 (Comfort 50 monitor w/2 cameras), $75 for a set with one camera and then you have a back-up monitor
