Answer:	Dear customer You do not need a WiFi connection. The monitor and camera is a plug-in-play product. It works right out of the box. App free and WiFi free. Question:	Is there a timer for the lullabies
Answer:	You can pan tilt and zoom all from the monitor it has a huge range to move you can see my babies whole room from moving side to side. I'm not sure what exactly you mean by VOX you can speak into the monitor and it podcasts from the camera and it picks up the noise in the room so it kind of acts like a VOX mode
Question:	Does this monitor use wifi? what is the actual range? can i use it outside in the back yard while baby is sleeping inside
Answer:	Make sure to plug the power adapter into the camera and socket firmly.Make sure the camera and the monitor is within the effective distance.

Answer:	Sorry. This camera doesn't support 5G Wi-Fi. It supports 2.4G Wi-Fi only. If your router is 5G, normally it will support both 5G and 2.4G. Answer:	currently I’ve only been using it for Zoom, but I’m positive it is compatible with several other video conferencing apps. are you referring to duo video as an app or a function?

Answer:	No.
Question:	Can I check the camera when I am away from my home
Answer:	Probably so. I looked for good WebCams for quite a while, and this was the one I picked. So far we've been very happy with it.
Question:	Sd card comes with it
Answer:	This is the issue. I also returned it for this being one of the reasons. Also you can't really turn the auto focus off. Yes the extra software that you can download or buy will have a giggle to turn it off, but in my experience it did not make any difference in the zoom or other video calls.
