Answer:	The Vadiff Silicone Locks was designed to stop the knob from being pushed and turned. So if the burner is already on, i.e., knobs are already turned, the push/turn mechanism is no longer present (knob can be turned but not pushed) thus, the Lock will not work per design.
Question:	Can a strong child pull these off

Answer:	Yes they will work on your LG, no they will not melt when you open your oven door, they can withstand temps up to 500 degrees directly in the oven for a min of 5 min before starting to melt. I'm not familiar with the self cleaning option of your particular stove, but no that should not be a problem, it's just as if you were using your oven for cooking.
Question:	Will this fit a big knob that is 2.5" wide by 2" deep
Answer:	No they do not have to be removable. The thing to look for, which most stove's have, is a small gap behind the knob. Question:	Is this posting for the thick ones or the regular ones
Answer:	Have no idea It will not work on a 4022x. Have to be very careful ordering parts when it comes to Ryobi. Every parts site said this would work on my 4022x and does not. Had to use longer bolts and nuts to backstop the starter coil and hold it about 3/4” off the housing. They want you to throw the generator away and buy a new one.
