Answer:	Yes, though I am not sure exactly how long you may need. But pretty long to secure most drawers. So far I’m happy with the product.

Answer:	It’s very hard to do. I have to get my husband to do it if we have to change the length of it. But the other end is easy to take off

Answer:	Honestly, they're VERYYYYY sticky. So if your cabinets are painted with multiple coats of paint, yes. Yes they will for sure remove paint when you go to take them off. I have several cabinets with these on them, but they are just stained. Upon having to remove one (my husband placed it very awkwardly, allowing the toddler access) I almost had to scrape it off with a knife! But I love these. When placed correctly, they're amazing. I'd honestly say they're worth possibly having to sand and repaint cabinets.

I have these on doors leading down to stairs plus all my other doors to keep little ones out. For doors where I had trouble reaching the sliding metal panel, I attached a small rod that came off a mini blind. Works perfect.
