Answer:	On cabinets where the bottom in close to the floor, it might be hard to activate the release. Also, a child is normally standing while trying to open the door, so they put most of their force at the top and the door and it may flex enough where they can slip their hand into the cabinet.

Answer:	There is a trick to open the latch side. You can use a butter knife to gently pry between the strap and the cover on top it. You may need to try sliding the cover while prying. Question:	Is there a way to disengage the locks when not in use
Answer:	yes. There is a 'switch' under the latch. If it is down the locks will engage, but if you lift the switch, it will keep the latch down and prevent it from engaging. You will actually see the latch depress and not rise again after the switch is raised.
Question:	locks work fine before installation,but once installed on door it does not work.why not
Answer:	This can happen if you install the lock too close to metal (like a metal knob/handle, screws, or metal buried inside the wood). In fact, I ran into this problem during my install. I recommend using the magnet key to check for any metal bits in drawer faces and doors prior to installation. If the lock is installed too close to metal that's on the surface, or buried inside of a drawer face or door, the locking mechanism won't engage because the magnet inside the lock will be attracted to the metal, preventing the lever from popping up and snagging the catch. I ran into this problem even though I installed the lock away from the metal handle and screws. After removing the metal handle and screws from the drawer face, I still experienced the issue. However, if I removed the lock from the drawer face it worked fine (the lever would pop up when the magnet key wasn't applied). I finally determined that there were small bits of metal buried inside the drawer face (probably small woodworking nails/staples), and confirmed it by using the magnet key to move along the wood, feeling it being pulled in various places. I simply moved the lock to a different location away from where I felt the pull on the magnet, and that solved the problem.

Answer:	Yes, the vmaisi magnetic cabinet locks work with glass entertainment stand. But does not work with metal/iron handle/knob/door So avoid to install locks near metal/iron handle/knob or screws. You can test locks on the position before peel off and stick on the door.
Question:	What is the distance between screw mounting holes (center to center) on the lock unit? I want to see if these will fit previously drilled holes
Answer:	That part that screws on the door the holes are 1-1/2” apart. The piece that screws to the top of the inside of the cabinet that it latches on to has holes 2” apart. Hope that helps

Fixed: Keep 24 hours before your first use for max dhesive. It can work on 5kgs pull at 50 second. (have tested). Also not all surfaces can use tape.
