Answer:	You get the full pillow but the pillow case is easily ripped. Literally just laying on it within 48hrs it ripped. Then when I contacted customer service they didn't even send me the same exact pillow case. They sent me some cheap cotton material pillow case to replace it.

Question:	Is the head portion of the pillow low medium or high? Side midium or firm
Answer:	I would say the head area is flatter than the rest of the pillow. Nothing about the pillow was firm to me and I ended up throwing it away. It gets lumpy after a couple of uses.
Question:	How do you refluff the pillow? Mine has gone flat and has spots of missing foam within less than two weeks of having it
Answer:	I don’t think it’s possible, when I laid back on mine the outer stitching was pulled so tight when it was sewn it started popping, mine also quickly developed gaps and the stuffing didn’t redistribute itself at all, I haven’t tried to take the cover off because of the stitches already popping lose etc it may get worse and not be able put it back on... I left review about these issues and seller never reached out or commented to try to inquire about the issues etc

Answer:	It’s approximately 4ft lengthx 18-24 in. width. It has memory foam & foam pieces inside and is very comfortable.
