Answer:	Yes, there is a zipper going over the top square part. I did take it off to wash: it was easy to get the cover off, but since the pillow ends are curvy, it took a few more minutes to put it back on afterwards. I just squized the pillow ends and pushed them to the very end of the cover, then let it go - and it took its shape right back.

Answer:	It takes on the temperature of the room. If you keep it cool, your pillow will stay cool. It doesn't retain heat at all. It also stays fluffy. No more flipping the pillow throughout the night.

Question:	Is the body pillow machine washable
Answer:	It took me about six hours on high heat to dry. I had to bleach it too as the moisture reallllllly sticks into the foam. My pillow has a small hole which was nice to feel if the core of the pillow was dry. I love this pillow with 5 stars, but drying it was a pain in the butt. It fell apart and exploded memory foam out of the hole in the dryer. Still worth it

I also sleep w/3 heating pads year round bcuz I have fibromyalgia & neuropathy. havent noticed that it does either (keep u cool or keep u warm). I will say I absolutely LOVE mine because it helps support the back, neck & knees when you are sleeping. It also helps minimize morning headaches & stiff neck. Plus it can b folded back as a back rest when your watching TV. Hope that helps. If not, please feel free to white me back. But I absolutely LOVE mine & hate it when I'm on vacation & cant take it with me. When you 1st get it, IG comes vacuum sealed n a smaller package. Answer:	You get the full pillow but the pillow case is easily ripped. Literally just laying on it within 48hrs it ripped. Then when I contacted customer service they didn't even send me the same exact pillow case. They sent me some cheap cotton material pillow case to replace it.
