Answer:	I would say the head area is flatter than the rest of the pillow. Nothing about the pillow was firm to me and I ended up throwing it away. It gets lumpy after a couple of uses.

Answer:	I don’t think it’s possible, when I laid back on mine the outer stitching was pulled so tight when it was sewn it started popping, mine also quickly developed gaps and the stuffing didn’t redistribute itself at all, I haven’t tried to take the cover off because of the stitches already popping lose etc it may get worse and not be able put it back on... I left review about these issues and seller never reached out or commented to try to inquire about the issues etc

Question:	Does the cover have a zipper? is it easy to take off and put back on
Answer:	Yes, there is a zipper going over the top square part. I did take it off to wash: it was easy to get the cover off, but since the pillow ends are curvy, it took a few more minutes to put it back on afterwards. I just squized the pillow ends and pushed them to the very end of the cover, then let it go - and it took its shape right back.

Answer:	I ordered this for my mother in law, came from someone else's house, already used. I called Amazon & they said that it comes from the warehouse. The warehouse is where people return items & they resend them out. Very Unsanitary

Answer:	Great question. I've had mine for about 4 months. I also sleep w/3 heating pads year round bcuz I have fibromyalgia & neuropathy. havent noticed that it does either (keep u cool or keep u warm). I will say I absolutely LOVE mine because it helps support the back, neck & knees when you are sleeping. It also helps minimize morning headaches & stiff neck. Plus it can b folded back as a back rest when your watching TV. Hope that helps. If not, please feel free to white me back. But I absolutely LOVE mine & hate it when I'm on vacation & cant take it with me. When you 1st get it, IG comes vacuum sealed n a smaller package. Once you take it out of the vacuum seal, its good to go & the cover unzips & is machine washable.
