The inserts have snaps and are designed to work with their system. If you have pocket style they should work ok. The trainers tend to run small. FYI My son is on the skinny to average side and he grew out of the trainers pretty fast

Answer:	Place the charcoal liner inside the pocket, then take a flour sack towel and fold it and place it in the diaper against babies skin. Problem solved.
