Answer:	I haven't reached that point yet. Hopefully it just keeps on working without ever needing any replacement parts. I own two of them, and use one of them gets used quite often. Happy to say that it works very well.

Answer:	You don't. Just sit on it. It's sturdy enough and I am no lightweight. This one is taller than some which is good if you are tall or have trouble standing up.

Answer:	You do not have to add chemicals to use this toilet, however, I would recommend getting a bag of Walex Porta-Paks and putting two in the lower tank before you leave with the toilet. I've had mine for over a year now and use it several times a month when I go on weekend trips to my cabin. Using the Porta-Paks keeps it smelling nice when you use it and when you clean it.

Question:	Where can I get more bags and What’s the size
Answer:	I am pretty sure you can order more bags from the same company. But if not you can just use small garbage bags. The bags that come with it don't fit perfect anyway. Any small plastic bag would work really. We don't use the bags except if there is number 2. Number 1 is what happens 99% of the time using this so I just dump it and wipe it with a wet one and spray some lysol after use. As for size, its tiny. Its under 5 inches tall with the legs. My daughter is now 4 and she still uses it if needed on car rides or when out. (we keep it in the car). She is pretty tall and her knees are in her chest when she sits on it, but she still likes it.

Answer:	We placed it on our older model elongated 2-piece toilet and it works. Very stable with its locking mechanism. My husband strongly believes it would work on our new one piece compact elongated seat as well, but we have not tried it. We are presently using a portapotie on this newer one. Answer:	Your current seat must be removed. However first check the back of your toilet bowl rim; if the rim is too narrow the Vive will not lock into the rear overhang. That is ehy we returned our Vive. Raised toilet seats are very dependant on your toilet bowl shape and there are so many.

Answer:	There are two toilet owl shapes..oval and round...doesn't matter as the riser fits into the bowl of either and attaches by turning a knob in the front which will fit either one. With only affront knob,the handles are stable only if one sits down squarely on it..if one holds onto one side,it comes off. If permanence and stability are important,choose a riser with side screw holders or with screws into the toilet bowl,or legs.I use a walker so legs are bothersome. Must use it carefully and then it is great..also it can be removed easily if you have guests...

Answer:	It should fit an elongated toilet bowl. The adjustment nob is the grey item you see on the front of the toilet, and it has quite a bit of take up available. Probably the best way to find out is measure the distance from the from the back of the bowl to the front and e-mail the company and ask if you have say a commercial or specialty bowl The company is responsible and responsive.

I have used mine repeatedly and never come anywhere close to filling it up. Plus, it can be emptied and rinsed out very discreetly. I keep a gallon of dish soap and water to rinse the container after each use. I also carry disinfectant wipes to clean the section above the bottle after every use. It is far better than using filthy public restrooms. It is best to use it well before it becomes urgent...if you catch my drift. After the first few times I used it... a lot of my fears were gone and I was comfortable with the whole situation. It makes traveling a lot more enjoyable, because it takes away the need to worry about future stops.

Answer:	The unit measures from base to lid top is approximately 11 inches.
Question:	How many times can it be used/flushed before emptying
Answer:	Two of use can usually get about 4 to 5 days, Using the water in the top tank to clean the bowl increases the need to empty. The water in the top tan never hits the right spots anyway so we don't use the clean wash water and I mix up a spray bottle of Pine O Pine and spray the bowl and wipe with paper towels. Better job and less emptying.

Answer:	The problem with other liners is how the liners attach to the seat. These liners have handles that go around the feet of the seat and that keeps them in place. I had no idea these were even scented and like you I hate scented items, especially for my kids. In fact I would have argued that they are not scented, but it's in the description. I love these liners though, I highly recommend them!
