Answer:	I actually ordered two of these at different times. I ordered the first one for my mothers house, a couple of months ago. It was fulfilled by Amazon, but came from Value Dragon. It was 21.99. It DID NOT come with the hook. The 2nd one I ordered (just about 3 weeks ago) was also fulfilled by Amazon and came from S&D Kids and was only 14.99. It DID come with the hook! If you do a search and keep looking at all of them, you can find the best price, still thru Amazon. They don't also show the best deal first. Hope this helps!
