3 best boy toilets

Boy toilets, often referred to as potty training tools or potty seats for boys, are specialized products designed to assist young boys during the potty training process. Potty training is a significant developmental milestone for toddlers, and boy toilets can make the process smoother and more comfortable. Here's what you need to know about boy toilets:

  1. Purpose: Boy toilets are specifically designed to help boys transition from using diapers to using the toilet. They cater to the anatomical differences between boys and girls, primarily addressing the need for aiming during urination.

  2. Design: Boy toilets come in various designs, but they generally have a few key features:

    • Splash Guards: Many boy toilets feature built-in splash guards or raised fronts to prevent urine from spraying outside the toilet bowl, which can be a common issue during early potty training.
    • Stability: They are often designed to be stable and secure, so toddlers can sit or stand comfortably without fear of tipping over.
    • Fun Designs: Some boy toilets come with fun and colorful designs or characters to make the potty training experience more appealing to children.
  3. Types:

    • Potty Seats: These are small, standalone seats that can be placed on top of a regular adult toilet seat. They are often designed with a splash guard and handles for stability.
    • Training Urinals: Training urinals are freestanding units that simulate a urinal's height and shape. They can be placed in the bathroom and are particularly helpful for teaching boys how to aim accurately while standing.
    • All-in-One Systems: Some boy toilets are part of all-in-one potty training systems that include a potty chair, a potty seat, and a training urinal, providing flexibility as a child progresses through different stages of potty training.
  4. Ease of Cleaning: Boy toilets are designed with ease of cleaning in mind. Many models have removable components that can be washed separately, making maintenance straightforward.

  5. Transition to Adult Toilets: As children become more confident in their potty training, they can transition from boy toilets to using adult toilets without the need for additional assistance.

  6. Timing: Potty training is a developmental milestone that varies from child to child. Parents and caregivers should introduce boy toilets when they feel their child is ready, typically around the age of 2 to 3 years old. It's essential to be patient and supportive during this process.

  7. Positive Reinforcement: Potty training is often encouraged through positive reinforcement, such as praise and rewards, to make the experience more enjoyable for the child.

In conclusion, boy toilets are specially designed potty training tools that help young boys learn how to use the toilet independently. They address the unique challenges boys face during potty training by providing features like splash guards and stability. These products can be a helpful addition to the bathroom during the potty training journey, making the transition from diapers to using the toilet a smoother and more successful process for both parents and children.

User questions & answers

Question: Whats the difference between this foryee brand and these other frogs urinals? They all look the same just a different name
Answer: I feel pretty confident there is no difference. I’m no authority on the matter, but it appears that they are the same products with a different brand name sticker on them. Like one company makes the product and then sells them off to other companies who “brand” the product, and then sell them to the consumer. But I’m not sure....
Question: I have not been successful in making this stay on the bathroom wall (non-tiled).stick on and suction not working. Does anyone have a tip
Answer: I was going to nail mine on since I have textured walls and didn't expect it to stick to my wall anyway. Or hang it in the shower and all the misses go down the drain and saves the floor.
Question: Will this help our 15yr old from pissing all over our toilet
Answer: Well possible, but it would have to be placed pretty high! I tried showing my little guy how to use it and when I hit the spinner...piss everywhere lol
Question: No one feels weird about teaching kids to pee in a frog's mouth
Answer: Are you concerned that when your son gets older and starts catching real frogs that he is going to want to pee in their mouths? You think too much.

User questions & answers

Question: Why is it so small??? Boys don’t potty train until 2 1/2 to 3 yo age. Why no lid to use a step stool like other training stools
Answer: Our son is 17 months and potty training, and doing very well with this potty! Waiting to 2 1/2 to 3 years old is the parents’ choice. We don’t care about the lid. He doesn’t need a step stool. It’s all personal preference. Just order one that suits your needs? We think this potty is perfect and a great price!
Question: Does it have a lid
Answer: No, it doesn’t.
Question: Is this available in adult sized models? If you gotta' go you may as well go in style
Answer: 🤣
Question: I’m worried about the seat height be too low. My son is almost two and about 30 Ish inches
Answer: My son is 2.5 and 37.5”. It is pretty low and very small. He will sit on it, but has never actually peed on it. I personally wouldn’t order again due to the size. I had a larger one for my daughter that I liked better.

Question: Why in the picture showing measurements its small 12inches high but in the product graph when you scroll down it is 29 inches its like this for all
Answer: if you look at the measurements again on the photo showing measurements they are listed in cm which is centimeters. you can go to google and just type in the the number and cm, =, inches and google will convert that to inches. but the frog urinal is approximately 12 inches tall 6 1/2 inches wide and 5.9 inches deep. if you think about it, this is for a 2 yr old so this really ain't that small. hope this helps and clears things up for you.
