Answer:	I cannot help you here. My Grandboys are 3 and 18 months, so they cannot hit the balls hard enough to get it near any windows. The balls are plastic, and I am not certain they could break a window, however, I also know that there can be breakage if hit just right (I know of a window that was broken by a small bird flying into it).

Answer:	My son is almost 4 and rarely plays with it. Every once in awhile he will still play with it, it could be just because it isn't new anymore. I think this is more of a toddler toy (1.5yrs). He loved it at 2. The tools that came with it weren't very advanced either, there are other sets that have more interactive tools, I would look bigger or more advanced for a 4 year old. I would still recomend it for a 2 year old it was a great toy.

Answer:	I don’t know what people mean by “a lot” of assembly. You slide in the back axle, attach the back wheels with a pin. Then 8 very easy screws for the front axle attachment and pop on those wheels. Turn it over, put in the seat with 2 screws and pop in a bunch of accessories. If you can follow the directions on the book, the 14 screws, 6 washers and 4 pins take about an hour and a half from opening box to being cleaned up.

Answer:	I don't know what is listed as the warning, but I don't think here is a problem with this. There are 5 parts, 4 big plastic parts and the net. The net does come loose, so I have to keep reattaching it. I suspect this might be the source. You can clearly see when some of the net starts to come loose. My daughter is 16 months (started walking at 7 months though) and she adores "shooting" hoops. I highly recommend this when your child is mobile and active.

Answer:	The Lid will stay open on its own. Be mindful it just slips in and doesn't lock on which would have been nice. My toddler loves taking the lid completely off and jumping on it. But due to the spacing in the front and back no fingers can get smushed.
