Answer:	I weight 107 lbs and stand on it all the time to reach high things in cabinets. It is lightweight plastic. Not sure if it would eventually warp from the constant weight but seems very sturdy to me. Hope this helps.

Thank goodness amz had the decency to not ship an item for which the listing had changed (yay!) but I now think they have been shifting this listing between those two items, which explains the various responses to both flavors, and differing ingredient lists. Answer:	The 10mg dose does have a small does of sugar from "sucrose esters of fatty acids" but I don't know about the 1mg dose. You can reach the company at 1-800-2-NATROL to get precise info. In my case, I take one of the fast-dissolve tablets and the rest of my dose as pills that have no sugar and are to be swallowed whole. That way I get the immediate effect of the fast dissolve with a small amount of sugar and a continued effect without any additional sugar. Note: I did not have any luck with their time-release formula.

Answer:	The Natrol Melatonin chewable 3mg pills are easily broken in half. Any pill that is allowed to be broken in half typically are broken in half if you apply equal amounts of pressure with both thumbs on each end/side of the pill. The same is true for this pill, especially since it is round.
Question:	What is the weight limit for this item
Answer:	Thats false Joseph. Manufacturers originally said it was added to prevent the pills from moving and being damaged during shipping. Some pills are very fragile and will break and in some casez turn to powder if hit hard or hit often enough. Today some Manufacturers have made their pills stronger that is why some bottles have cotton and otherd do not. Moisture has nothing to do with it. In some cases the cotton has even pulled moisture into the bottle that would have otherwise not been there. When moisture is a concern they add a dessicating packet. We've all see the little Silica packages that say "Do Not Eat" on them. P.S. some Manufacturers may have given other reasons but this was originally the purpose of cotton in a pill bottle.
