Question:	How do you prevent the strap from breaking - is there a way to reinforce it? It tears with weight
Answer:	Definately works for exercise balls and air mattres and balls. it was a great buy. It beats those electric air pumps with batteries or plug in wall. this is much faster but a bit bulky but very reliable

Question:	How do u hook it on the ceiling? What do u use
Answer:	I don't believe it does. It holds quit a bit of stuff, the openings are a bit small. It's perfect for small to medium stuffed animals or nursery items. Don't think I'd use it for athletic equipment. It is well made.
Question:	Does the top hook open with velcro
Answer:	I haven't had the same issue because I don't have that much weight in it. That being said, Lowes / Home Depot / Amazon, etc... do sell industrial strength velcro that might do the trick for you. Just a thought.

Answer:	I bought the monkey and I used a stitch popper to get the monkey face off! It wont come off otherwise
