We got a convertible crib that turns into a big kid bed. Doing exactly the same thing now with baby #2. I just ordered this bassinet for them. It's the easiest, safest, and most cost effective way to do things in my opinion. I really did consider other options but this is just the best thing I can think of.

There's about a 1.5cm gap around the edges, perfect for tucking in the blankets but not big enough to get stuck in.

Question:	Where do I get a replacement tool tightening tool? I lost mine and can’t find anything that works nearly as well
Answer:	I have a 1 yr old daughter that moves the gate/panels and can get through the gate. The rubber feet do help and would probably hold up if they stayed in place, like snap-in somehow? These rubber feet simply slide over where the two panels meet and do an ok job keeping the two panels together. My daughter, when she wants out, can move the gate around and those rubber feet out of place enough to allow the two panels to bend and ultimately open.

Answer:	I think it might. To be sure, this mattress is at Walmart or Target, measure the size against the inner dimensions of the Safety 1st Play Yard.

Answer:	It’s firm enough for a newborn to rest comfortably. For an older baby/toddler I fold a small fleece and put it under the sheet for added softness. I recommend a bath towel under sheet for newborn because the mattress does feel cold with just the sheet

Answer:	I use it for my Pack n Play. They fit fine.

Answer:	I’ve seen someone say they bought the Dream On Me Foam Pack n Play mattress and it fit perfectly

Answer:	I don't know if there are inserts but i just tuck a receiving blanket in there and it seemsto work fine and it stays smooth until I get it cleaned.

Answer:	Yes. And they have mesh sides for breathability at the top. My twins slept in the bassinets for several months.
Question:	Is there a mattress you sell that will fit the napper? Every bassinet mattress we’ve bought is way too big and the napper alone is not infant safe
Answer:	Yes. They should be sleeping on their backs anyway. If too warm, remove blanket/swaddler.
