He did not think the rainfly came with the cot because under the product Amazon had the cot and the rainfly as "frequently purchased together" so he did not think it did. Now I have to pay almost $8.00 to return it. Really upsets me that they would put this as frequently purchased together when the rainfly should not be purchased separately. And yes, it comes with a bag. I know this is an old post but if anyone is looking and wondering if this is still true, I wanted to make sure it is up to date

Answer:	The bottom of the tent itself is mesh, so sure, I suppose they could bite you through there; it just depends on how thick the material is on the cot you are using it on. They are generally thicker material than hammocks in my experience.
Question:	Where does this ship from
Answer:	I have the xl and it fits on both a 74X28 Roll-a-Cot and a 78X30 Sleeprite cot. I don't even have a Thermarest cot. It is designed in such a way that the tent tightens around each corner with a strap, so it isn't critical that it fit exactly. The xl is not very big, so I'd err on the side of going too big rather than too small.

I have model DTC443 (the non-compact, oversized version of this tent-cot).It stinks of toxic-smelling fumes (improperly cured nylon? formaldehyde maybe?) and has since I got it and set it up outside weeks ago.The black nylon parts are what smell. Specifically the black nylon sleeping surface, some of the black nylon reinforcing straps on the tent walls, and the black nylon straps on the carrying bag. The green nylon walls/roof and the grey pad do not smell so much now that the tent has aired out. The sleeping surface, reinforcing straps, and bag carrying straps still stink big-time.So does the compact version of the tent-cot (model OCTC443) stink much of toxic fumes?

Answer:	I really like this cot/tent in a dry climate without the rainfly(it condenses inside too much with the rainfly), but I don't try to sit up in it unless I have it unzipped and I'm hanging my feet over the edge to the ground. I use this as something I'm only reclining inside, like sleeping or changing my clothes while I'm reclining. I feel if I tried to sit in it, it would concentrate the weight to much on the fabric and lead to its early demise. I'm 5'7" tall and weigh 180 pounds. So.... I see this only as something to recline in, not like hang out and sit in. But that is perfect for me to car camp in. If I want to sit, I have a collapsable chair and suspend a tarp between some trees for cover. And if rain or morning dew from humid weather would be a problem, I just put this cot tent under that same tarp. Like in dry Arizona nights, looking through that mesh at the night sky is great!!! It's rainfly would leave me very wet from sidewall inside condensation from my breath. Enjoy!! But..... I'm off the ground and don't have to worry about roots or rocks or mud or bugs or snakes nor an air mattress.

Answer:	I have purchased 2 of these cribs only cause I wanted them to match, I have 2 girls 14 months apart. The first one bite marks, scratched, dents. And our first daughter wasn't in it very often. Second crib practically untouched and still got scuffs and dings even though tried to be extra careful with it.

Answer:	Hello, the mattress is a 3" dense foam. I covered it with a quilted sheet I found at Babies R us for a pack-n-play that fit perfectly. The crib is built sturdy. We have twin grandbabies and I bought the crib and have a pack-n-play. I wish I had bought two of these cribs. My grandbabies are now 17 months old and still fit in the crib.
