| Answer: | It doesn't, but when I was nursing my son when he was a newborn it wasn't hard to stand up. It does not rock back too far that you'll lose balance or anything like that. |

| Answer: | It does rock and glide just very small I'm 5'3 and when sitting in it my head is above the top of the chair. It also doesn't have very good cushioning if you use it daily which we do it wares out pretty quickly |
