Answer:	I'm a few pounds shy 200 but this has worked well for me. All I needed was a little more shock absorption than a gel seat would provide and this, with the gel seat did the trick.

Answer:	First, It is a seat post, so you set the height when you clamp on the seat tube. The maximum height you can set a seat post to is to leave 3.5 times the diameter of the post, clamped within the seat tube. That is close to 4 inches of minimum insertion, so that leaves about 6 inches of height adjustment, the insertable section is 270mm (10 inches long). Second, measure your current seat post and choose the right size SOLO to replace it, otherwise you will need shims. Third, there is a hex nut on the bottom, which is probably for spring tension (no instruction came with the product I received). I'd strongly advise having a bike mechanic install.

Answer:	I'm not completely sure to be honest. We just put them up a few weeks ago but obviously have not taken them down yet. It appears to be fairly easy to remove but would probably take some time.
