Question:	Is it treated with flame resistant materials
Answer:	Mine came with the waterproof zipper case and a white traditional pillowcase.
Question:	Does this pillow get flat quickly
Answer:	The cover isn't that easy to remove and it's not located on the side of the pillow. It's hard to explain but it's a quarter of the way into the pillow under a fold..you can't really see it in the image. I really wish it was a little thicker but good starting pillow.
Question:	What size pillow cover will fit this pillow nicely
Answer:	It comes with a pillow cover and a pillow case but nothing has a tag on it that says where it comes from.
Question:	What is heigh of this pillow
